- MINIMUM ORDER of 6 pieces per logo/design

- All orders require artwork. Please submit a copy of your artwork at the time of quote. 

- For all heat pressing and screen printing, vector artwork is required, if your file is not vectorized we can convert for a fee of $50.00+gst 

- Typical turn around for an order (in house embroidery or heat press) is 10 - 14 business days, however this turn around time varies depending on workload in the shop/time of year. 

- Rush orders are accepted occasionally, however there is a rush fee and rush orders can only be accepted if production schedule allows. 

- Please note we require permission from all community organizations to use their logos. A note from the organization or company is required to re-produce. 

- Any garments supplied by the customer are brought in at your own risk as there is no guarantee of replacement if a damage occurs. We strongly advise purchasing garments from one of our trusted industry suppliers.
